Senior Membership
|

|
|
|
For individuals who have at least one year subspecialty training in interventional neuroradiology, endovascular neurosurgery or interventional neurology under the direction of a SNIS Senior member, been directly involved in a minimum of 100 neurointerventional procedures during their training, spend a minimum of 50 percent of their professional time in that practice, and are certified or eligible by the American Board of Medical Specialties or other boards that are deemed of equivalent rank.

Associate Membership

|
|
For individuals who have a substantial professional interest in neurointerventional surgery.
|
|
|
|
|
Clinical Associate Membership
|
|
|
|
|
|
For non-physician members of the medical profession who have a special interest in neurointerventional surgery, such as physician assistants, nurse practitioners, radiologic technologists and paramedical professionals.
|
|
|
|
|
Junior Membership
|
|
|
|
|
|
For individuals who are in training in interventional neuroradiology, endovascular neurosurgery or interventional neurology under the direction of at least one Senior Member of SNIS.
|
|
|
|
|
Medical Student Membership
|
|
|
|
|
|
For individuals who have a professional interest in neurointerventional surgery. Candidates for membership must be enrolled in an accredited medical school and must submit a signed letter from the medical school Dean or Medical Department Chairman that the applicant is a medical student in good standing.
